What will the practice give me?

Yoga is an individual journey. It can help you release stress, calm your nerves, and improve your resilience. Movements, breaths and meditation will help you land more in the present moment.

Can I do yoga?

You are always welcomed. Yoga is an open practice for everyone, no matter what your physical or mental status is. However, if you have any doubts about it, please consult me in advance. Together we can plan the best approach to the practice.

What do I need for class?


Please come as comfy as you can. No specific clothes are required – just put something sweat-proof. A bottle of water is also good to have. 

I have some physical injuries. Should I speak with you before the class?

Yes, please do. You can come to me and tell me about your physical blockades. That way I can always give you an alternative pose before our asanas.
